Dog handling workshops in Macedonia

Posted by alexandra on June - 20 - 2013

Brian Faulkner, a dog expert, visited Skopje, Veles, and Tetovo in Macedonia from 24 to 29 June 2013, to deliver a series of workshops.

The dog handling workshops in Veles for five neighbouring facilities focussed on assessing aggressiveness in dogs, humane catching and handling procedures, as well as basic shelter routines and operating procedures.

He was also invited to work with the South East European University (SEEU) in Tetovo to help them manage stray dogs on campus. Talks are beginning between the SEEU and Tetovo Municipality to address the issue.
